Return Policy

Our policy supports return and refund within 7 days. If you return and refund 7 days after purchase, we regret that we are unable to provide you with refund or exchange service.

 

To receive a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and must be in its original packaging.

 

Some types of goods can be returned duty-free. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines will not be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, products containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

 

Other non returnable goods:

*Downloadable software products

 

*Some health and personal care products

 

Receipt or purchase voucher is required for return.

 

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

 

Only partial refund or no refund will be made under the following circumstances: (if applicable)

 

*The reservation has obvious signs of use

 

*Any item that does not conform to the original state is damaged or lost due to our error

 

*Any items returned shall be returned within 7 days after return and refund.

 

If the purchase amount of pure goods in the order fails to meet the freight free standard due to the return, the logistics fee of RMB 100 for super commercial pick-up of the original shipment order, RMB 150 for black cat home accessories and RMB 230 for outlying islands will still be added at the time of return refund.

 

Refund (if applicable)

 

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also inform you to approve or refuse the refund.

 

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically return it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Late or lost refund (if applicable)

 

If you have not received the refund, please recheck your bank account first.

 

Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time to officially issue a refund.

 

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is issued.

 

Sale of goods (if applicable)

 

Only regular price goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, promotional goods cannot be refunded. This is not our e-commerce main station

 

Replacement (if applicable)

 

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace them with the same item, we will inform you of the return address.

 

Gifts

 

If the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with return value. After receiving the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sends the order to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will inform you of the return.

 

Transportation

 

You will be responsible for paying the freight for the returned items. The freight will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from the refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time you may need to exchange products may vary.
